Dr. Nate Wojcik is a principal restoration ecologist with more than 20 years of ecological, environmental, and soil research experience throughout the western United States, including the Colorado Plateau, Intermountain Basins, and Rockies. His experience includes performing extensive soil and vegetation surveys, investigating impacts of various management applications on ecosystem disturbances, and preparing habitat restoration plans. He has worked extensively with local municipalities and state and federal agencies on the development of conservation and mitigation approaches, reclamation and restoration strategies, and habitat mitigation practices. Dr. Wojcik is responsible for conservation planning, ecological site and successional state correlation, restoration and reclamation planning, soil assessments, vegetation management planning, and weed management. In support of energy development and other projects, Dr. Wojcik has designed and implemented conservation and restoration plans, biological and endangered species protections, noxious weed inventories and management plans, sensitive species habitat models, and vegetation mapping.
