Into each professional opportunity, Harriet brings insights gained over 22 years of conducting research centered on regulatory compliance. Over the past decade, she has leveraged her professional and academic experience to lead comprehensive NEPA reviews and analyses related to utility-scale solar photovoltaic facilities and other energy projects in the purview of TVA. Harriet’s current work grappling with the full gamut of federal, state, and local regulatory compliance is guided by her career-long contributions to NHPA assessments and NEPA reviews. Her experience includes directing multidisciplinary teams in conducting environmental field studies across large project sites; executing complex NEPA direct, indirect, and cumulative effects analyses; assisting developers through design and local siting processes using engineering, architecture, and environmental expertise; and involving stakeholders. Harriet’s track record has honed her broad focus on the natural, human, and ever-changing regulatory environment and her ability to flex with shifting practice.
